Since its inception in 1989, the New Jersey Human Resource Planning Group (NJHRPG), has been recognized as a premier learning community, committed to continuous improvement of organization performance through effective design and implementation of value-adding human resource strategies and practices.  NJHRPG is an affiliate of the national Human Resource Planning Society (with separate membership).

NJHRPG offers great value through a variety of participation options, and provides several major presentation events each year (also open to attendance by non-members on a fee basis).  Previous events have featured renown thought leaders such as David Ulrich, Peter Block, Bruce Tulgan, and David Nadler -- speakers that you would normally have to travel and/or pay hundreds of dollars to see or hear at national conferences, lecture circuits, or on satellite broadcasts.

Our reputation as one of the leading professional associations and networks for HR executives and senior level professionals has been further enhanced by new participation options and major events.

NJHRPG will continue to feature four "major presentations" over a 12-month period, bringing well-known speakers to convenient NJ locations. Each of these events will include a 2-3 hour presentation by a featured speaker and opportunities for networking and exchange of ideas before, during, and after the program. Continental breakfast and luncheon are included. At some events a complimentary copy of the presenter's most recently published book may also be included. 

Three or four of these "major" events will be included in an Annual Individual Membership or Annual Sponsorship Membership.  The fee to attend a single major event as a non-member will range from $175-275 (each event will be priced individually).
