Each Major Program Event provides valuable learning/development opportunities for business leaders responsible for human resource management; talent development, engagement, and retention; change management, and organizational design and effectiveness, through highly informative and engaging presentations delivered by 'sought after' speakers, as well as great opportunities for networking and exchange of ideas during the program, and during breakfast, a mid-program break, and lunch.
Sponsor Breakfast Events provide additional professional development opportunities within a shorter alternative program format.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE

This joint membership combines the best of what NJHRPG and HRPS have each previously offered to their respective members separately, and provides this enhanced package of benefits to NJHRPG's Annual Members (including Annual Sponsor Members) for about half of the previous price to purchase both memberships. And, there's only one membership to purchase now, instead of two -- all you need to do is join NJHRPG.

Annual Sponsorship/Membership Packages (3 Options)
As an Annual Sponsor of the New Jersey Human Resources Planning Group, your company will receive Annual Membership benefits for one or two individuals (depending on the option selected, as outlined below) and also will expand its reach among a target audience of senior level Human Resource professionals as well as other business leaders who view NJHRPG's event-related communications on our web site and in e-mail distributions (sent to over 2, 000 people on a frequent basis), many of whom also attend NJHRPG's events. Your company's name and a hot-link to your web site will be visible to thousands of people on a regular and continuous basis, and your organization will be recognized as being affiliated with NJHRPG's reputation for bringing learning and development programs of great value to our business community.
NJHRPG offers three levels of Annual Sponsorship to choose from to suit your marketing objectives and budget (subject to availability). Benefits listed under each of the Options below will be in effect for 12 months from purchase date of a Sponsorship.

ANNUAL CORPORATE EVENTS PACKAGES
Note: Corporate Events Packages provide access only to Major Program Events, they do not provide Membership Benefits.
Annual Corporate Events Packages
If your organization is seeking a highly cost-effective resource for providing professional development, enhancing the partnership between HR and line management, and/or creating value for clients -- an Annual Corporate Events Package will serve your needs well. Your organization has the option to purchase Annual Corporate Events Packages in addition to, or as an alternative to, Annual Individual Memberships or an Annual Sponsorship/Membership.
Two options for Annual Corporate Events Packages are available to select from to allow your guests (who may be individuals from your organization, clients, or any others) to attend NJHRPG's Major Program Events under your organization's Annual Corporate Events Package.
For both Corporate Events Package Options indicated below, the following guidelines apply:
- **A key contact is to be designated to be responsible for authorizing any individuals' utilization of the Corporate Events Package events to attend NJHRPG events.
- Up to 5 individuals may attend the same Major Program Event using your organization's Corporate Events Package. Attendees may include anyone your organization authorizes to utilize a 'ticket' under your Events Package.
- Attendance under the Corporate Events Package must be fully utilized within 12 months of the date the Package is purchased or unused 'tickets' will expire.
Corporate Events Package Option 1: Total of 8 Attendees $1,100.00 - PURCHASE NOW
Package 1 Example: Send 4 people to one major event, 2 people to a second major event, and 2 people to a third major event within a 12 month period
Corporate Events Package 2: Total of 12 Attendees $1,500.00 - PURCHASE NOW
Package 2 Example:Send 4 people to one major event, 4 people to a second major event, and 4 people to a third major event within a 12 month period
NOTE:
A non-member fee paid by any employee of your company to attend any NJHRPG Major Program Event can be credited toward the fee for a purchase of a Corporate Events Package if the Events Package is purchased by an organization within 30 days after an individual paid to attend an event.
Multiple Annual Corporate Events Packages may be purchased by any organization and there is no limit on the number of Annual Packages that may be purchased within any 12 month period.

RESERVED TABLES WITH PREFERRED SEATING
One or more Reserved Tables may be purchased by an individual or organization for any of NJHRPG's Major Program Events. Each reserved table provides "preferred seating" for eight (8) individuals, and the name of the company/group that purchased the table will be displayed at the table. Attractive pricing is offered. The fee for a Reserved Table may vary for different major program events.
NOTE:
The 8 individuals to be seated at the table may include anyone you wish to invite to join you. Those individuals need to be identified at the time the purchase of the Reserved Table is made.
A single contact person will be responsible for providing payment as well as information regarding all individuals to be seated at the table to NJHRPG.
Additional seats may not be added to the table to expand seating capacity beyond eight individuals.
